Hello! My name is Eveling Escober and I graduated college Spring 2019! I attended Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California, an hour away from San Francisco, my city! Also, I love to read books! My favorite color is blue and I was born in Managua, Nicaragua. My favorite shows right now are Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, and The Good Doctor. What To Do Over Winter Break

Hey guys! I'm back! So first semester of school is finally over and now it is time for us college students to get some hard earned rest, unless you work in which case I totally feel you. Although, we all deserve to rest up a bit and catch some zzzzzzzz's. I definitely think Winter Break can be a great time to be productive. Here's some things you can do over Winter Break! Take a Winter Class- Whether you are actually behind in classes or you want to graduate a little early, I think it would be smart to take a Winter class. Especially if you take an Online class, that way you don't have to drive to your campus. In addition, taking an online class makes the transition smoother when you have to return back to school. Take advantage of scholarships your school might offer, since we all know winter classes are super expensive! Get a Job- I know work sucks but even getting a seasonal job where you only work during the break can be very helpful when you...

5 Things To Do Over The Summer

Hey guys! It is officially the first day of summer, and I'm going to share with you 5 things that I think are important to do over the summer. 1. Chill with Friends When you get a chance, try to make time to hang out with friends. Even just a few times over the summer can be a great chance to catch up and talk about the school year, specially with friends that go to schools that are far away from you. You will find that nothing has really changed, and you are all still the best of friends. 2. Spend time with family Parents aren't always the best, but they do want what is best for us, so it is important to also dedicate some time for them and go places together as a family. You do not have to go to a fancy vacation, as long as you have lunch with your mom or just accompany your dad when he runs some errands, that is good enough. 3. God gives us rest!

Hey all! So I know life can be difficult especially during college, and even in the summer when there is no school, new stresses come to our life. There is job/internship interviews, applying for scholarships, summer classes, job etc., so I know it can be easy to forget that God is with us all the time. He is always there waiting for us to share our afflictions with him. God can offer us comfort and rest. He can provide us a solution in our troubles, he can be our guide through life, so do not despair and let him take over! Do not carry a big backpack full of problems, give God your problems, and he will work on them. Here are some beautiful bible verses that I find helpful when I am feeling sad and down.
